Vendor Information and Fees

 

Thank you for your interest in ECA Hunting and Trade Shows, the largest shows in Illinois. The following information will give vendors everything they need in order to display their wares at our shows. If you have additional questions, please contact us, and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.

• Table Prices: 8′ Table prices: $45. Call Bob @ (618)495-2572 or Jeff @ (618)367-3118.
• Show Hours: Show hours are Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-3.
• Vendor Set Up Times: Set up time is noon – 8:00 pm on Friday, 7:00 – 9:00 am on Saturday.
• All state and federal laws must be followed. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask. All firearms displayed in the show MUST be tied inoperable.
• No-Show Policy: Tables will be released to those waiting for one if you have not arrived by 8:30 to claim yours, or notified us otherwise.
• Table Management: Tables are required to be managed each day from beginning to end of show.
